Operation instructions for plastic mixer

1. Before use, an idle test should be carried out

2. No load commissioning test. The large-scale vertical plastic mixer can be put into production only when there are no abnormal noise, high heat of bearing block and temperature rise of reducer. Before the test run, the firmness of all connections of the large-scale plastic vertical mixer, the amount of lubricating oil in the reducer and the integrity of electrical equipment should be checked first, then the main switch should be closed and the power supply should be connected to carry out the test run without load.

3. If it is necessary to shovel and scrape the materials on the barrel wall of the machine during operation, bamboo tools should be used, and hands should not be used to avoid hand injury.

4. In case of abnormal vibration or abnormal noise, the large vertical plastic mixer should be stopped immediately for comprehensive inspection.

5. The use load should not be too large. It is generally measured by the load of the motor. The heavy load current of 380V motor when mixing plastics should not exceed 6 amperes. If the load is exceeded, the mixing capacity should be reduced immediately.

6. The shaft seals at both ends of the mixing screw should be kept clean to avoid blackening and deterioration of the plastics. Square holes should be left at the outer ends of the large mixing barrel, which should be unobstructed. Do not block the large-scale vertical plastic mixer, so as to prevent the dirt from penetrating into the axis and blackening and deterioration of the materials in the barrel.

7. Management personnel must be familiar with the technical performance, internal structure, control structure and operation principle of large vertical plastic mixer. It is not allowed to leave the working place during the operation to prevent the machine parts from being damaged due to failure, so as to ensure safe production.

8. Turn on the power supply, open the cover of the color mixing machine, press and hold the safety protection switch by hand, and then press the green start switch. Pay attention to the rotation direction of the motor (clockwise rotation). If the direction is reversed, please press the red switch to stop the machine and turn off the power supply. You can change any two hot wire positions to connect wires.

9. After confirming the correct direction of the motor, it can be put into production normally. Please set the time according to the color mixing time of different materials (the timer can be adjusted from 0 to 30 minutes).
